Our mobile wood pizza oven is been built in collaboration of our Chef and owner CHRTISTIAN GRITTI with the vision of bringing fresh home made Neapolitan style pizza right at your location making your event a unique experience.
As you know authentic Italian pizza needs to be made by hand, using imported Italian ingredients cooked in a super hot wood fire brick oven for about 2/3 minutes and finally enjoyed right away no pizza box allowed .
